ACD/LC Simulator 8.0
ACD/LC Simulator 8.0 introduces the ability to predict analyte pKa values prior to method development. This capability, built from the ACD/pKa DB algorithm, will enable chromatographers to better select the mobile phase pH for new experiments based on the chemical structures or substructures of their ionizable compounds. Also new in this version is the “Suggest Gradient” tool, which eases the difficult task of selecting a starting point for a new set of experiments by suggesting the most logical experiment to attempt based on the chromatographic system at hand. The software is part of ACD/Method Development Suite, which provides all the tools necessary to retrieve starting methods, predict retention times, optimize your system for various parameters, and model the separation of new compounds starting from their chemical structures.Booth # 963
