ActivityBase 5.1

ActivityBase 5.1 improves access to relevant inventory and test information, and provides new data visualization and interactivity functionality. These new graphical features enable aggregate views of large volumes of biological and chemical data, streamlining and facilitating quality control decision-making in the screening process. The software enables scientists to capture, manage and use a full range of data in drug discovery, including: quantitative expression data, chemical structures, reactions and spectra, assay development, UHTS/HTS, HCS, secondary screening, DMPK, early ADME, toxicology, behavioural and other pharmacology-based assays. Using 3-D visualization capabilities, biologists may implement advanced quality control across an entire screening run. The plotting of plate quality data enables hotspots to be identified quickly, so appropriate action may be taken. Display options include 3-D histograms, single, stacked and aggregate plate views and full rotation. Results verification is made easy by the ability to examine data from an entire screening run in a single view and to look at multiple results simultaneously within the software.
