Exceed Air Filters offers Exceed with Nanofibers air filters, which can be used in both permanent and modular cleanrooms. The filter is made with nanofiber that is one thousand times smaller than a strand of human hair. The frame is made from virgin beverage board and is 100% recyclable. The synthetic filter media does not permit microbial growth.
The filter ranks MERV 11 to 13 or higher as measured by the ASHRAE 52.2 test. It provides a lower pressure drop over the life of filter, resulting in lower energy usage.
Exceed with Nanofibers air filters can be custom designed for specific applications. They are intended for use in bio-laboratories, hospital operating rooms, pharmaceutical compounding facilities, or any environment where control of submicron particulate contamination is critical.
