KPL’s growing line of affinity purified antibodies to bacteria demonstrates high reactivity to target organisms. Antibodies to foodborne pathogens include Salmonella, E. coli O157:H7, Campylobacter species, Listeria species, Shigella species, Vibrio species and Vibrio cholerae. Anti-Salmonella and Anti E. coli O157:H7 antibodies are also offered in a molecular grade with no contaminating Salmonella or E.coli DNA detectable by real-time PCR.
BacTrace antibodies to infectious disease agents include Borrelia burgdorferi, Borrelia species, Legionella species and Helicobacter pylori. BacTrace antibodies enable nanogram detection in rapid diagnostic assays including ELISA, blotting, and immunohistology. They are available unlabeled or labeled with enzymes, fluorophores and in select cases biotin. Positive controls and support reagents are offered for immunoassay development.
