Admet offers the eXpert 8600 Series Axial-Torsion Test Machines. The machines are provided with a MTESTQuattro controller to ensure that they can be used for testing several materials and devices which include implant and body fusion devices, screws in torsion, adhesives, luer taper fittings, and biomaterials.
The eXpert 8600 series includes oil-free linear and rotary actuators for performing cleanroom operations. They also include unlimited torsion actuator rotation, wide column spacings, and actuator strokes for ensuring high flexibility. Low-force load and axial-torsion transducers are provided for satisfying the specific requirements. The eXpert 8600 series are also equipped with custom fixturing and heated fluid baths for in-situ testing of tissue, joints, biomaterials, ligaments, and bone.
