BIND 3.8
The Biomolecular Interaction Network Database (BIND) 3.8 provides scientists with structured and curated biological assembly data ranging from molecular interactions and small-molecule chemical reactions to interfaces from three-dimensional structures, pathways and genetics interaction networks. Version 3.8 integrates information from the Small-Molecule Interaction Database (SMID) and SMID-Genomes projects, offering an understanding of the roles that small molecules play in the function of biological molecules such as proteins and nucleic acids. It also offers ProteoGlyphs, a biomolecular language that describes conserved protein domains and provides researchers with visual clues to the structure of proteins involved in myriad metabolic pathways.
