Cantega2k

Cantega2k is a high resolution TEM camera with 2048 x 2048 pixels. The optimized version offers three different readout rates. In the 5 MHz mode the camera attains up to 5 frames per second at a bit depth of 14 bits. The 3 MHz mode is available at this dynamic range as well. The 1 MHz mode acquires images at a true bit depth of 16 bits. Higher frame rates are also possible with the integrated partial readout mode. The user can conveniently search the specimen for interesting details within an interactive scalable and positionable image segment as well as optimize various microscope parameters.
