Capillary & Micro Columns
This range of capillary and micro chromatography columns for small scale chromatography are packed with high performance polymeric materials. Chemically stable polymeric particles are suitable for small scale chromatography and LC-MS applications, as they are chemically stable and do not leach either soluble or particulate species. They can be used for the most demanding high sensitivity separations, for applications including proteomics, combinatorial chemistry, high throughput screening and ADME. Capillary columns with a 300 μm internal diameter are best suited to sample sizes in the range pg to ng, and are used with flow rates around 4 μl/min. Micro columns with an internal diameter of 1.0 mm are designed for sample sizes in the range ng to mg, and typically operate at flow rates in the range 40 μl/min.
