The miniPOD Cell Therapy Cleanroom (CTC) from G-CON Manufacturing, Inc. comprises a unidirectional material and personal flow design and can be sanitized by vaporized hydrogen peroxide (VHP) if environmental count excursions occur. These novel, fast deployable cleanroom systems include their own air handling systems to assure that the miniPOD CT systems can scale-up without interrupting existing processes. In addition, the air handling system within the POD structure, allow a compact duct work structure, which enhances containment and sanitization of the entire cleanroom space. The prefabricated miniPODs can be built within 15 weeks (after detailed design approval) and ready to undergo factory acceptance testing within G-CON Manufacturing’s fabrication site.The CT line also provides PODs® with a corridor system included within the 9’ and 12’ wide configurations. We have expanded that line to include the miniPOD CTC and miniPOD CTO, which provide the same benefits but are available in lengths from 25’ to 50’.
