Cheminformatics Software

DS Accord for Excel Enterprise 5.2 is a cheminformatics tool for managing, visualizing, and analyzing chemical information. It also acts as a PC-based client interface for Accord Enterprise Informatics 5.3. The software combines a Microsoft Excel interface with the Accord Chemistry Engine to produce a spreadsheet tool that understands chemistry and biology, calculates descriptors, and performs data analysis. The new chemical registration module complements existing data analysis and reporting functionality. It is one of a number of client applications that interact with Accord Enterprise Informatics, including Accord HTS 5.2, a high-throughput plate and data management system, and Accord Inventory 2.2, which provides an efficient solution for managing reagents and compounds in a high-throughput environment.
