CyberLAB Enterprise Content Management System (ECMS) provides advances for laboratories managing their electronic content securely for information sharing and collaboration. Version 3.0 includes features and qualities such as a user interface patterned after the Microsoft Internet Explorer, a Record Retention Lifecycle to completely manage the electronic record lifecycle from entry, intermediate and long term archiving and eventual document disposition, intelligent database searches including a synonym feature, new Smart Search and modified Advanced Search, improvements to the automated file upload features, file storage improvements including support devices, and new user defined key features.
