The die cut membranes can be manufactured and packaged to meet precise OEM specifications from a range of materials including cellulose acetate, nitrocellulose, nylon, PES, PTFE, PVDF, MCE, CA, GF, and PP. Supplied on rolls or sheets, with or without an adhesive backing, these precision membranes can be fabricated in a variety of formats with pore sizes from 0.2 to 0.45 microns, depending upon material.
Available in sizes from 0.25-in. to 60-in. dia., with tolerances of ±0.005-in. and varying thicknesses, the membranes can be produced using digital die-less cutting, or high-speed and rotary die cutting.
