ELISA Kit

By R&D Editors | April 30, 2009

PBL InterferonSource's ELISA KitPBL InterferonSource introduced VeriKine-HS Human Interferon-Beta Serum ELISA Kit, which sets a new standard for sensitivity and reliability in the measurement of human Interferon-Beta (IFN-ß) level in serum, plasma, and cell culture supernatant samples, according to PBL InterferonSource.

VeriKine-HS is designed to provide IFN researchers the ability to accurately and reproducibly measure the level of IFN-ß in human serum or plasma samples. It offers low serum/plasma background detection. The sensitivity enables researchers to determine IFN-ß levels as low as 0.5 IU/ml. The kit also has an excellent percent coefficient of variation (% CV), indicating data reproducibility and lot-to-lot consistency, according to the company.

PBL’s VeriKine-HS Human Interferon-Beta Serum ELISA Kit is a highly sensitive assay that is not affected substantially by the presence of sample contaminants.
