The eNovator Electronic Lab Notebook module includes a lab management system that allows users to manage information and lab materials in one place. The “one click reporting” system allows management of the entire process of completing and signing a lab notebook with a click of the mouse. The software is completely configurable, with different options allowing control of how and where a notebook is published. Approval and e-signature workflows are automatically initiated, ensuring notebook completion, and publishing is consistent and meets internal business and regulatory processes. Features include single-click state change and workflow initiation; configurable setting to force inclusion of all notebook sections; improved report formatting with experiment name and page numbers on each notebook page; automatic determination of final archive location based on program, project, and attributes; automatic versioning if previous report exists; and print version number of all saved notebooks on reports.
