Exemplar Analytics

Exemplar Analytics software enables researchers to analyze genetic and covariate data with over 30 different analytic methods. Whole genome and targeted genetics studies are supported with scalability to support thousands of samples with 500,000 markers or more. Further, complex combinations of genetic and non-genetic factors can be modeled and analyzed. The software comes with a preloaded genetics database with 13 million+ markers from dBSNP, NCBI Human Gene Info and the complete Gene Ontology, allowing for automatic annotations and extensive graphics.
