The Mass Spectrometry-based biomarker discovery software from Genedata now includes the Refiner MS and Analyst modules, which process and analyze metabolomic and preteomic raw MS data, providing statistical analysis for large volume data sets. The software supports a wide range of instruments and hardware platforms including ABI Wiff files, Thermo Exactive, GC-MS and Agilent Q-TOF. The system now offers direct linkage to search engines and databases like MASCOT and HMDB, with improved library searches through the computation of retention-time indices.
