Expressionist Pro 4.0

Expressionist Pro 4.0 is a fully scalable data management and analysis platform for biomarker discovery, integrating cross-omics technologies, including transcript profiles and protein and metabolite profiles, within a single enterprise-wide computational system. The software supports the Illumina technology platform, enabling a combined analysis of microarray data, for example Illumina and Affymetrix arrays, as well as mass spectrometry data. The system is supported by an integrated relational database system and by APIs to integrate third party algorithms (i.e., R scripts).
