GastroPlus Version 7.0 

GastroPlus Version 7.0 is software for the simulation of drug absorption, pharmacokinetics, and pharmacodynamics. This version was in development for two years and required major architectural changes to the program. It incorporates simulations for drug-drug interaction, ocular drug delivery, nasal/pulmonary drug delivery, and numerous expansions to the basic program and modules for additional user convenience. The product is designed for use throughout the pharmaceutical industry. This version provides new functionality that will attract researchers in environmental toxicology.
