Geneious Pro 4.8

The Geneious Pro software combines major DNA and protein analysis tools into one application with seamless communication between all forms. The system supports a list of file formats and runs on Windows, Max OS X, Linux and Solaris. The newest technical features include a de-novo assembler, advanced primer support and design, support for in silico cloning, Plugin architecture and importation of FastQ, CsFasta and Qual file formats. New visualization features include a genome-capable dotplot, color by annotation color scheme, side-ways panning and residue numbering.
