Specialty chemical maker H.B. Fuller has appointed Dante Parrini as a director, expanding its board to nine members.
Parrini is president, chairman and CEO of P.H. Glatfelt Co., which supplies specialty papers and fiber-based engineered materials.
The St. Paul, Minn., company said Tuesday that eight of the board members are independent — meaning they are not also employees of the company.
Shares of H.B. Fuller Co. shed 11 cents to $33.85 in afternoon trading Tuesday. Its shares have slipped from a 52-week high of $34.52 last Friday. They traded as low as $16.92 last October.
