IBM Corp. said Thursday that it finalized its acquisition of privately held facility and real estate management software company Tririga Inc.
IBM said on March 22 that it agreed to buy the Las Vegas-based company. IBM hopes Tririga will beef up its smarter buildings initiatives, which use technology for a variety of tasks including improving energy efficiency and cutting down on printing.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
Tririga will become part of IBM Software and IBM Global Business Services.
