Image Station 2000MM
The Image Station 2000MM Multimodal Imaging System features selectable, multi-wavelength illumination allowing for specific excitation and differential detection of multiple fluorochromes in gene expression assays such as Western blots. Using this system, a Western blot can be probed with multiple antibodies simultaneously, improving throughput as compared with stripping and re-probing blots in a serial fashion. When each antibody is labeled with a different fluorochrome, such as Alexa 532 and Cy5.5, specific, high sensitivity imaging of each label can be accomplished using the multi-wavelength imaging capabilities of the Image Station 2000MM. The system’s 1D Image Analysis software allows the images to be pseudocolored and overlayed in order to view both simultaneously.
IS2000MM also offers quantitative imaging of luminescent, fluorescent, radiographic and colorimetric labeled biomolecules in a variety of common assay formats including membranes, electrophoresis gels, plates, tissues and in-vivo assays. With true 14-bit imaging performance, mega-pixel resolution, a 10x optical zoom, and comprehensive image analysis capability, the IS2000MM produces high performance molecular imaging results for the widest range of sample formats on one easy to use imaging platform.
