Imaging System 2003 Readers’ Choice Finalist: MCID

The MCID Basic Densitometry System is a dedicated macro-imaging system well-suited for autoradiography applications, including quantitative tissue autoradiography, receptor binding, in situ hybridization and gel and blot analysis. It consists of MCID Basic software, pre-configured Pentium IV PC, a choice of either the standard Sony XC-ST70 video camera or the high resolution Photometrics CoolSNAP cf monochrome digital camera, camera stand, IRI Northern Light Illuminator, and accessories.
