HAYWARD, Calif. (AP) – Generic drug maker Impax Laboratories Inc. said that Chief Financial Officer Arthur Koch is resigning to pursue other opportunities.
Koch has been Impax’s CFO since April 2005 and will stay with the company for a transition period.
The company said Bryan Reasons, its vice president of finance, will fill in as acting chief financial officer while Impax looks for a permanent replacement for Koch.
