HAYWARD, Calif. (AP) – Drugmaker Impax Laboratories Inc. said it will sell two softgel capsule drugs made by Banner Pharmacaps Inc. as part of a new partnership.
The companies did not disclose terms of the collaboration. Impax makes generic drugs and branded treatments for central nervous system and neurological disorders. It also helps market Pfizer Inc.’s pain and seizure drug Lyrica.
Impax is based in Hayward, Calif., while Banner has its headquarters in High Point, N.C.
