IPLab

IPLab image acquisition, processing, measurement and analysis software directly supports the acquisition of images and time-lapse series. Extensions, such as Ratio Plus, Fluorescence CV and Motion Control, integrate new processing, analysis and hardware control commands into the software. It can combine multiple image sequences and readily blend grayscale (e.g. DIC) images with fluorescence image sequences. It also processes and visualizes 3-D images with the included 3-D extension, and stores multiple file sets for “indexed files” and “file lists” used in more demanding automated applications in Macintosh. The software runs on Windows XP and Macintosh OS X (and on OS 9, too) operating systems.
