LabVIEW 2011 is the 25th-anniversary version of this system design software. It is designed to  accelerate the productivity of engineers and scientists who develop and deploy measurement and control systems by dramatically increasing development efficiency through new engineering-specific libraries and its ability to interact with almost any hardware device or deployment target, including the multicore CompactRIO controller and the PXIe-5665 RF vector signal analyzer. It also supports assemblies built in the latest Microsoft .NET Framework and includes numerous features driven directly from user feedback. Time-saving functions include quickly developing visually striking, contemporary user interfaces with a silver palette of controls and indicators, and reusing code with support for the latest .NET assemblies, .m structures and Xilinx IP for the LabVIEW FPGA Module.
