LabWare ELN

LabWare ELN is designed to provide scientists and other laboratory personnel with the automation tools necessary to manage experiments, properly execute tasks and capture, preserve and safeguard intellectual property. The electronic laboratory notebook is an experiment- and workflow-driven application that provides a platform to electronically document experiments, including relevant scientific content and observations, instrument results and attachments such as spectra, chromatograms and, if appropriate, chemical structures. It allows data within LabWare LIMS relational database to be accessible by ELN and vice-versa. The application can associate an SOP document with an Experiment Template and, using a straightforward tagging scheme, can then link specific steps in the SOP with sections of the experiment worksheet.
