Liquid Level Sensors

By R&D Editors | July 15, 2013

Cynergy3 Components offers a range of liquid level sensors that incorporate a high specification thermistor, enabling the device to measure both fluid level and temperature. The TSF range includes two series: the TSF40 and TSF70.

The TSF40 series is a further development of the RSF40 series liquid level sensors from Cynergy3. The TSF40 is a compact level switch with temperature sensing up to 248°F. The switches are internal mounted versions and so require access to the inside of the liquid storage tank.

The switches are available in Nylon, polypropylene (PP), or Polyphenylene Sulphide (PPS), with a choice of cabling and gasket materials to suit most commonly used liquids. By rotating the device through 180 degrees, the user can also reverse the switching action. The TSF40 is available in 25VA and 100VA versions.

The TSF70 series is the externally mounted version of the switch. By incorporating a compression seal, the device can be mounted from the outside of a liquid storage tank. The TSF70 is also available in Nylon, PP, or PPS, with a choice of gasket materials to suit most liquids.
