The Compact Sieve from Russell meets the requirements of the 3-A sanitary standards. Built to a hygienic design, including fully stainless steel construction, FDA-approved materials, and gap-free mesh screens, the low-profile, straight-through design enables the screener to fit into production lines without requiring excessive headroom.
Its design means that the vibratory screener is less than half the height of a traditional screening machine, and the unit also features a quick-release clamping system. Quick-release toggle clamps used on this sieve offer the ability to perform screen changes without tools, which reduces operator involvement and increases productivity.
