MassWorks sCLIPS
MassWorks sCLIPS (self Calibrated Line-shape Isotope Profile Search) mass spectrometry software significantly improves formula identification results from high mass accuracy (HMA) instruments, providing higher-quality, reproducible data through accurate line-shape calibration. The software also enables users to obtain unique formula ID from ion trap mass spectrometers. Users of HMA instruments including TOF, high resolution quadrupoles, Orbitrap, magnetic sector and FTMS can enhance formula ID results without the need to run calibration standards.
