ProPAGE mini-Gels with optimized running buffer create a high-performance precast gel system for routine protein electrophoresis. Gels are provided with running buffer powder, enough to make 5 liters by simply adding water. ProPAGE gels are multi-purpose; useful for both SDS-PAGE and Native gel applications. Crafted using Tris-Mops neutral pH buffer free of SDS, ProPAGE gels give the benefits of: 12 month stable shelf life, exceptional reproducibility, and optimum separation of proteins from 6.5kDa to 205kDa, with clean resolution for staining or Western blotting.
The ProPAGE gels are cast into non-fluorescent acrylic 10 cm x 10 cm cassettes, with clearly numbered sample wells, have no gel-comb to remove, measure 8 cm x 7cm x 1mm, and are designed to be used with most popular brands of electrophoresis units.
ProPAGE mini-Gels are available in gradient and non-gradient concentrations, 10, 12, and 15 well configurations, and come in 10 gel pack with Tri-Mops-SDS powder for 5 liters of running buffer.
