The cleanroom provides a protective environment, but automatically moving a process step to the cleanroom may be a simplistic, counterproductive solution. Determine which processes should be in the cleanroom and which should be in a smaller controlled environment. You will control the energy budget, increase yields, and improve the bottom line.
