MSD Deconvolution Reporting Software
MSD Deconvolution Reporting Software (MSD-DRS) is a software reporting package for target compound analysis in the environmental, food safety and homeland security industries. It provides consolidated MS data processing and reporting using the Agilent GC/MS ChemStation and two industry standard software programs, the NIST Automated Mass spectral Deconvolution and Identification Software (AMDIS) and the NIST 2002 Mass Spectral Search Program (NIST02). The software reduces the time required for compound identification by about two hours per sample when compared to manual data manipulation by an experienced analyst.
