Pacific Crest announced the new Advanced Data Link (ADL) generation of radios with the introduction of ADL Foundation, a 0.1 -1.0 Watt programmable transceiver. This sophisticated radio modem is designed for integration into products that require either a one- or two-way communication link. The ADL Foundation provides major advancements over the existing PDL RXO. The ADL Foundation offers a 40 MHz frequency range and support for both 12.5 and 25 kHz channel bandwidth, providing maximum performance for a variety of applications. It is compatible with existing products from Pacific Crest, Trimble and other manufacturers thus allowing rapid integration into existing systems.
