NEW YORK (AP) – Pfizer Inc., the world’s largest drugmaker, said it has completed its acquisition of Ferrosan Consumer Health, which sells vitamins and skincare products in several European countries.

The New York company did not disclose terms of the deal, which was announced last February.

Ferrosan is based in Copenhagen, employs about 640 people and does business in Russia and Central and Eastern Europe, along with the Nordic countries. Its products include Multi-tabs multivitamins, Bifiform probiotics, and Imedeen oral skin care products.
