optic alignment and systems and steering mirrors for optical communication.
The brochure covers different levels of alignment solutions—from
XYZ piezo flexure positioners for single mode fiber launch applications to
coarse/fine alignment systems to fully automatic 6-axis hexapod system with
built in scanning, tracking, and alignment routines.
