PowerEdge 7250 Server

The PowerEdge 7250 Server is a high-performance and scalable system with four Itanium 2 processors that have 6 MB integrated cache within a 4U rack server capable of running the applications in scalable enterprises. It includes up to 32 GB of memory, eight PCI-X slots, factory installation of Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Enterprise Edition and Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0 AS, and an OpenManage standards-based systems management suite with IPMI support. The server is a suitable platform for 64-bit applications that help run IT operations such as Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP and SAS. In addition, its high floating-point performance and large memory scalability are suited for high-performance computing cluster environments.
