Aushon announced the global launch of its next generation SignaturePLUS Imaging and Analysis System. The SignaturePLUS system is designed to meet the cost and performance needs of researchers for accurate, reproducible, and reliable multiplex protein biomarker analysis across pre-clinical, clinical and diagnostics applications in all therapeutic areas.
The SignaturePLUS system incorporates an advanced CCD imager with custom optics designed specifically for quantitative chemiluminescent protein arrays. Its sleek, compact design uses less than 2 feet of bench space and includes an integrated iPad user interface with an embedded Mac mini computer that eliminates the need for separate, bulky system components. The SignaturePLUS system also includes the enhanced PROarray Analyst software for fast, accurate, reproducible analysis.
Engineered for simple, out-of-the-box setup, the SignaturePLUS system is extremely easy to use and features typical imaging times of less than 2 minutes per plate.
Aushon’s multiplex platform was recently validated in multiple late stage clinical trials and showed excellent correlation with the traditional single-plex ELISA, yet demonstrated all the advantages associated with multiplexing including significantly reduced sample consumption, lower cost per data point, and a substantial increase in overall lab productivity. Researchers can choose from Aushon’s growing menu of more than 300 validated protein biomarkers for analysis using the new SignaturePLUS system.
