SimBiology
SimBiology is a graphical systems-biology tool that leverages the MATLAB engine to facilitate communication among modelers and biologists, eliminating the need for computational biologists to apply specific tools at each phase of systems biology. The program features a drag-and-drop interface so that non-programming biologists can create, edit and view models of pathways. Biologists can simulate the modeled reactions with deterministic and stochastic simulation solvers, and then analyze the resulting data in the software, or perform custom analysis with MATLAB.
