Platinum Level SuperServers
94%+ Platinum Level power efficiency server solutions have 920-watt power supply. These SuperServers and SuperChassis also employ cooling subsystems. They are available in 2U, 3U and 4U convertible tower form factors. Platinum-level power supplies with PMBus come standard on these new systems. Universal I/O (UIO) interface allows customers to choose from a selection of I/O cards, including 6Gbps SAS, 10GbE, FibreChannel and QDR/DDR InfiniBand subsystems. The 2U servers feature redundant power, four GbE ports, and 18 DIMMs for up to 192GB of ECC registered DDR3 memory.
