SYBYL 7.0 is a molecular modeling environment for drug discovery research. The software is available on multiple platforms and includes a Linux operating system upgrade, Red Hat Enterprise Linux 3.0. The suite supports mobile computing requirements for computational chemists with expanded software licensing capabilities for laptop computers. Borrowable licenses allow laptop users to disconnect a set of licenses from their network license server, providing the flexibility to complete modeling activities remotely.
