Taratec Names Bruce Haislip Chief Financial Officer
Taratec appointed Bruce Haislip as their Chief Financial Officer. Haislip has more than 20 years of diversified experience in the financial and operational aspects of small- and medium-sized firms in the technology sector. Prior to joining Taratec, he served as Chief Financial Officer at four New Jersey-based hardware and software companies, including Princeton Softech, which he co-founded in 1989.
“Bruce brings to Taratec a wide range of experience with aggressively growing companies,” said Mark Kolb, chairman and CEO of Taratec. “His expertise spans all areas of finance at venture-backed companies, including reporting, investor relations, and mergers and acquisitions, and his background in strategic planning will contribute to the execution of our growth strategy.”
“I am pleased to join Taratec as it continues to experience growth in terms of revenues and offerings even in a difficult economic climate,” commented Haislip. “I look forward to working with Taratec’s management team to continue to build the financial and operational infrastructure to support that success.”
Haislip holds a B.A. in Economics with High Distinction from Rutgers College, New Brunswick, New Jersey, and an M.B.A. in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University, Madison, New Jersey.
