Helix Medical provides black-jacketed tubing, a custom silicone extrusion with an opaque exterior layer which blocks all light.
The pharmaceutical tubing is intended for use with photo-sensitive drugs or light sensitive fluids. Black-jacketed tubing is a custom extrusion manufactured to a clients’ exact specifications including ID/OD sizing and packaging format.
The tubing is available with a choice of USP Class VI silicones; select from Dow Corning, Wacker, Nusil, Momentive, and Blue Star. Material certification and lot traceability is included with every package.
