Ultraforms

Ultraforms solves the problem of manually transferring data from paper forms to the LIMS. This product works by adding a special 2-D barcode to the form that contains not only the form’s data, but also the LIMS-compatible-keystrokes needed to automate the data input process through the LIMS data entry screens. Ultraforms does not require the user to reprogram their LIMS. It is designed to work on top of the PDF format; no further installations of software, plug-ins, libraries or fonts are required.
