WebBLISS

WebBLISS is an off-the-shelf query and reporting tool for BLISS LIMS. The Web site allows users to perform a wide array of functions, from simple searches to complex laboratory searches, from outside the lab. Since data is server-based, a thin client architecture can be used to access BLISS from anywhere within the corporate network. Features include the ability to export data directly to Excel; query sample results; limit users to data from specific areas of the facility, as well as specific features, based on their roles and privileges; display dynamic, real-time results; hyperlink from summary reports to full sample information; and generate and approve certificates of analysis.
