X-LIMS is a Web-browser based laboratory information management system (LIMS), designed to provide secure, rich interfaces and to be easy for IT staff to deploy and support . The technologies which serve as the foundation of this software include extensible markup language (XML), Excel and Asynchronous Java and XML (AJAX).
