The Product Quality Cleaning Workshop gives participants practical options to enhance manufacturing productivity. The interactive program combines instruction in critical cleaning with demonstrations and hands-on experience. Participants have real-time access to demonstration and laboratory areas. The workshop is valuable for engineers, contamination specialists, and quality professionals who manufacture high-value product.
The program is practical and non-commercial. Participants will be provided with comprehensive understanding of cleaning agents, cleaning techniques, and approaches to cleanliness measurement. This allows manufacturers to obtain the best approaches to achieve optimal surface quality. The instructors are Professor Darren Williams of Sam Houston State University and Barbara and Ed Kanegsberg of BFK Solutions. All three are recognized experts in cleaning, cleanliness testing, and contamination control.
The program is sponsored by Sam Houston State University of Huntsville, Texas, and will take place on the University campus. On successful completion of the course, participants receive a continuing education certificate.
