AMIX 3.1
AMIX 3.1 software is a comprehensive suite of NMR post-processing analysis tools. This latest version adds statistical processing routines that remove bottlenecks in high throughput applications such as metabonomics, ligand-protein binding , and clinical biofluids analysis. The new statistics tools enables the manipulation and analysis of large data sets for principal component analysis (PCA) and classification. This functionality and the other tools in the package provide an integrated set of capabilities for NMR data analysis, including automated structure validation and purity determination; solid state shape analysis; spectra comparison and analysis; and metabolite detection, identification and comparison.
