Data Acquisition Board 2004 Readers’ Choice Finalist: DAS Boards 1600 Series
The Keithley DAS boards are a line of general purpose ISA bus boards with the option of 16 single-ended or 8 differential analog input channels, 4 digital input lines, 4 digital output lines and an A/D converter that has 12 bits of resolution and speeds up to 100 KHz. Model numbers ending with a 2 have gains of 1, 2, 4 or 8. Model numbers ending with a 1 have gains of 1, 10, 100 or 500. DriverLINX for DAS-1600 Series is bundled with the board. This provides both ActiveX and DLL interfaces for application development in Windows 95/98 with Visual Basic, Visual C++, and Borland’s Delphi and Builder products. The boards are also compatible with TestPoint under Windows 95/98.
